Starting July 6 you’ll start getting parking tickets
Around March 2020, Regulatory Services suspended enforcement of the offence of parking in excess of the time limits due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The move was designed to encourage people to work at home and help limit the spread of COVID-19.
As restrictions are relaxed and more people return to work, Bylaw officers will resume enforcement of parking in excess of posted time limits.
Officers will begin to issue tickets on Monday, July 6.
